The capacity exists, but it is spread across operators with different terms, timelines and fabrics. Finding the right fit still takes too many calls and spreadsheets, and good capacity sits unused while buyers look for it.
Questions before you request access
What happens after I submit a request?
The desk reviews it and, if there is a fit, follows up by email to confirm details and start collecting quotes. Availability and technical fit are confirmed before anything is deployed.
How do you vet operators and sites?
We review each operator, site and node before capacity is quoted, covering power and redundancy, cooling, network fabric, security and compliance, node health and the operator’s track record. Each site receives a rating, and better-rated supply is shown first.
Can you help us buy hardware instead of renting?
Yes. With Managed clusters, you own the hardware and Compute Function deploys, operates and manages the cluster. Bring a bill of materials or a workload; the desk scopes equipment, site and operating requirements before you commit.
Does submitting a request commit me to a purchase?
No. Submitting a request starts a review. Any binding commitment is made through the applicable agreement and approval process.
Can I submit capacity that is still being built?
Yes. Mark it as planned with an expected readiness window. Planned capacity is always kept separate from capacity ready for delivery. Operators remain responsible for the infrastructure and the service levels they agree to.
What will it cost?
Commercial terms, including any applicable fees, are disclosed during the quote and contracting process.
Is a quote the same as a reservation?
No. Quotes may expire or depend on availability. A capacity hold, where offered, has its own conditions and expiry. The applicable agreement defines any binding commitment.
